For Project IRMA, I worked on translating a highly technical, award-winning concept into an intuitive user experience. My focus was on simplifying complex identity-verification flows, ensuring citizens could securely prove who they are in public spaces—without giving up their privacy. I collaborated closely with designers, developers, and the Municipality of Amsterdam to make the technology accessible, trustworthy, and easy to adopt.
